Description

Join us for an engaging panel discussion featuring industry leaders who are shaping modern project and product management across high-impact domains. Our panelists bring real-world experience–from product development and delivery, AI implementation programs, PMO leadership and enterprise transformation–and offer practical perspectives on how organizations are delivering value in environments defined by rapid technological change and rising stakeholder expectations.

The conversation will also explore the expanding risk and governance landscape surrounding today’s initiatives, including security, ethics, compliance, regulatory pressures and corporate investigations. Hear from professionals and PMI leaders as they share lessons learned, decision frameworks, and career insights on leading complex work: from early product strategy through execution, monitoring and organizational adoption.
