The Molasky Family Department of Economics & Real Estate would like to invite you to a seminar by professor Ed Coulson, Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Coulson is a professor of economic and public policy in the Paul Merage School of Business and the director of research at the UCI Center for Real Estate. Prior to joining UCI, he was the director of the Lied Center for Real Estate at UNLV. Coulson conducts research on a variety of topics related to housing and rental markets, including the impacts of homeownership, affordability, inflation, and appraisals.
