Description

It can be difficult to focus on the present and not feel swept up in our 'to do' list for the future or what has happened in the past. However, research has shown many benefits to being present and paying attention to the present moment without judgement (i.e. being mindful). When you are aware, it allows you to choose how you want to respond to life’s experiences – both the positives and the stressful. Of course, like most skills worth growing, learning to be mindful takes practice. Please join us in this brief Mindfulness Practice where you will be guided through a live 10 to 15-minute mindful exercise.
