Join us for an 8-week Mindfulness Craft Workshop — a calming space to slow down, breathe, and express yourself through soothing arts & crafts. Each session starts with a short-guided mindfulness activity, followed by a relaxing creative project designed to help you reconnect with yourself and unwind from everyday stress.
