Description

Mindfulness 3: Mindfulness of Thoughts and Emotions is the last Huddle in the Mindfulness series which explores the transformative effects of consistent mindfulness practice. The intention is to deepen the awareness of emotions and thoughts, while promoting more harmonious relationships with ourselves and others. Participants will engage in live mindfulness sessions in which they will practice integrating mindfulness-based attitudes and foundations for application in different life situations. If you are new to the mindfulness practice, we recommend starting with our Mindfulness 1 and then Mindfulness 2. While the Huddles in the mindfulness series can stand alone and do not need to be attended in order, the series does build upon the knowledge gained from earlier Huddles in this series.

What are ComPsych® Huddles? ComPsych Huddles are hour-long interactive online sessions that provide education, skill building, and connection.

Other interactive sessions by ComPsych include:

Alliances - Support groups for shared communities

Webinars – One-hour educational sessions
