"Mindfulness #2: Mindfulness of Breath & Body" is the second in the mindfulness series and explores gaining awareness around our present physical state. Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their mindfulness practice through listening to their body with compassion while working on being non-judgmental and deepening their awareness of their physical self. They will also learn the practice of presence through mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques that can aid with the physical challenges of stress, burnout, fatigue, and chronic pain. While the Huddles in the mindfulness series can stand alone and do not need to be attended in order, the series does build upon the knowledge gained from earlier Huddles in this series.
What are ComPsych® Huddles?
ComPsych Huddles are hour-long interactive online sessions that provide education, skill building, and connection. Other interactive sessions by ComPsych include:

- Practices: 25-minute guided mindfulness and relaxation exercises
