The Mindfulness 1 Huddle is the first in a series on Mindfulness, providing an introduction about the meaning of mindfulness and some simple practices. We will discuss the role mindfulness plays in overall health and well-being and discover the benefits of regular mindfulness practice. There will be a brief mindfulness practice as part of our introduction. While the Huddles in the mindfulness series can stand alone and do not need to be attended in order, the series does build upon the knowledge gained from earlier Huddles in this series.
