Description

The world of nutrition can often feel overwhelming, filled with ever-evolving trends and conflicting advice that make it hard to establish lasting, healthy habits. The Mindful Eating Huddle offers a supportive space to explore how to build a more intuitive and balanced relationship with food. Participants will deepen their awareness of hunger and fullness cues, gain insight into cravings, and learn about mindful eating practices to support them in creating a healthy lifestyle change that works for them—empowering them to make informed, personalized choices on their journey toward sustainable lifestyle change.
