This interactive Huddle offers an opportunity to pause, reset, and learn the foundations of meditation in a supportive, guided environment. Together, we’ll explore what meditation is, how it differs from mindfulness, and the research-backed benefits for stress, focus, and emotional well-being. Participants will be guided through a live meditation practice, with space for reflection and shared insights to deepen the experience. You’ll leave with simple, practical tools you can use to build a sustainable meditation practice in your everyday life.
