Managing Loneliness

Woman alone on an island

Description

Loneliness is a universal yet deeply personal experience that can show up at any stage of life—even when we’re surrounded by others. Together, in this interactive Huddle, we’ll define loneliness and discuss why it can feel so persistent across different ages and life circumstances. We will cover common factors, and how loneliness can affect mental health and overall well-being. We'll also explore practical coping strategies, including independent strategies and building meaningful social supports.
