Virtual meditation for the university. This particular meditation is called Maitri Sambodh Dhyaan, it has most of the components of different meditations: breath watch, AUM chanting, visualization, awareness, and gratitude at the end. Conceived by Maitreya Dadashreeji, this guided meditation helps one in communicating and connecting to the higher consciousness, while creating a bond with their inner divine.
