Description

Join the UNLV Writing Center and the Teaching and Learning Commons for a hands-on, two-part workshop series that offers practical strategies for designing clear assignments and giving efficient, meaningful feedback to enhance student learning while reducing faculty workload. These sessions are inspired by conversations from the Managing Undergraduate Classroom Writing Community of Practice.

Part 2: Delivering Meaningful, Efficient Feedback

In the second session, faculty will explore practical, time-saving strategies to give feedback that’s both impactful and efficient – reducing grading stress while delivering constructive comments to effectively scaffold student learning.

Bring one of your own assignment prompts to tap into the criteria you’ve built to create a system for delivering feedback that is purposeful and focused.
