Description
The Center for Individual, Couple and Family Counseling will once again be conducting the Intuitive Eating Group in spring 2026. This group provides not only essential psychoeducation, but a judgment-free space to reconnect with your body, while build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food.
The group will be held on Tuesdays starting February 10 and will go for 8 weeks. There are two groups: one is online from 12–1 p.m., and one is in-person from 4–5 p.m. weekly.
Price
$25.00 intake fee only; there are no additional costs for group.
Admission Information
Group is open to students, faculty/staff, and community members. If you are interested in joining, please contact the CICFC at 702-895-3106, or cicfc@unlv.edu. Simply let the front office know whether you are interested in the in-person or online group, and they will have someone contact you for intake. We look forward to having you!
