This interactive workshop prepares UNLV teaching faculty to serve as peer instructional coaches. Participants learn evidence-based teaching practices and how to provide meaningful, constructive feedback. Rooted in critical reflective practice, the program promotes continuous improvement through evidence-based strategies. Faculty who complete program requirements are eligible to earn an Instructional Coaching Foundations badge.
