Description
The Improving Sleep Huddle provides participants a space to discuss and learn lifestyle habits that promote improved sleep quality. Participants will learn how to create a positive environment for sleep and explore skills and interventions that can improve sleep. For example, this Huddle will review what it means to ‘retrain your sleep brain,’ as well as how to identify and challenge maladaptive thoughts about sleep.
What are ComPsych® Huddles? ComPsych Huddles are hour-long interactive online sessions that provide education, skill building, and connection.
