Description
This brief guided stretching practice is designed to help participants incorporate simple, effective movements into their workday to reduce stiffness, improve posture, and boost energy levels. Participants will practice different stretches that can be performed at a desk or in a small workspace area, requiring no special equipment. Through gentle movements and conscious breath, participants will relieve common areas of tension caused by prolonged sitting or lack of movement.
