Description
Revitalize your mind and body in just 15 minutes with alternate nostril breathing. This time-honored technique from Northern India is designed to bring your nervous system into balance, helping you maintain a steady, focused energy throughout the day. Studies show it can help lower blood pressure, improve lung capacity and support circulation. Whether you need an energy boost or a grounding practice to center yourself, this session has you covered.
