Close out your week with a calming, feel-good stretch break right from the comfort of your desk. This 15-minute virtual session is designed to release tension from sitting, improve flexibility, and help you transition into your weekend feeling relaxed and refreshed.

No equipment or change of clothes needed, just join in, breathe deeply, and let go of the week’s stress one stretch at a time.
