The purpose of this session is to introduce the concept of cultural humility when examining the implementation of standards in various forms.  Cultural humility aligns with essential elements of higher education and can be used to direct efforts to increase equity in the evaluation of individuals.  In addition, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own experiences and positionality and how these features intersect.
