Description
We’ve all experienced the sense of unease and discomfort that comes with unanticipated change and uncertainty. This Huddle aims to normalize this experience and help participants understand why uncertainty feels so challenging. While experiencing uncertainty at one time or another is unavoidable, the good news is there are many practical tools to successfully navigate uncertainty and cope with confidence and calm. To that end, participants will learn skills for building resilience and identifying small, manageable steps they can apply in daily life to better manage uncertainty and support their well-being. This includes exploring how uncertainty impacts thoughts and emotions, and practicing strategies for reframing unhelpful thoughts, as well as exploring how mindfulness practice can improve grounding and emotional regulation during uncertain times.
