Life is filled will both moments of joy and moments of challenge and hardship, and over the course of a lifetime, most people will be exposed to a traumatic event. In this webinar, we will explore 1) what is meant by “trauma,” 2) common responses and reactions to traumatic events, and 3) effective skills for managing trauma-reactions.

Whether you have experienced a traumatic stressor or want to learn more about how to cope with potential future experiences, this webinar will provide valuable information about the effects of traumatic stress and helpful coping skills and resources.
