Description

This webinar is designed to help individuals better understand how stress and fear can impact both the mind and body. Participants will be guided in recognizing common signs of overwhelm, reflecting on how stress may show up in daily life, and learning practical, evidence-based skills for both managing in-the-moment needs and building longer-term resilience. With a compassionate and accessible approach, this session aims to help participants feel more grounded, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.
