Description

Grief is often associated with death, but it encompasses a wide range of losses, including divorce, career changes, moving, identity shifts, and personal transitions. This webinar will provide a deeper understanding of grief, including different forms of grief, myths, and practical strategies for coping. Participants will leave with validation, education, and tools to help navigate their grief in a healthy way.
