Battling Teaching Burnout - Book Club (Session 2)

Office/Remote Location

Virtual

Description

What might change if we intentionally designed teaching and learning around joy? Join colleagues for a faculty book club exploring Eileen Kogl Camfield's Joy-Centered Pedagogy in Higher Education: Uplifting Teaching and Learning for All. Together, we'll consider how joy can serve as more than a welcome byproduct of teaching. It can become an intentional part of how we design courses, build relationships, and create meaningful learning experiences. Come ready to reflect, exchange ideas, and identify practices you might bring into your own teaching. If you didn't attend the first session, no problem!

The book is available free of charge to participants. This session will cover Chapters 6-10.
