Description
What makes teaching feel meaningful? In the midst of deadlines, grading, meetings, and competing demands, it can be easy to lose sight of the larger purpose behind our work with students. This interactive session invites faculty to reflect on what matters most to them as educators and explore practical ways to bring greater intentionality and meaning into their teaching. Participants will leave with strategies for aligning everyday teaching decisions with the values and purposes that make teaching worthwhile.
