Why did you choose to teach? What moments with students have reminded you that this work matters? And what keeps you coming back, even during challenging semesters? This reflective and interactive session invites faculty to step away from the mechanics of teaching and reconnect with the experiences, values, and aspirations that give their work meaning. Through guided reflection and conversation with colleagues, participants will identify what energizes them as educators and consider small, intentional ways to bring more of that purpose and joy into their teaching.
