Battling Burnout: Connection in the Age of AI

Office/Remote Location

Virtual

Description

As generative AI becomes increasingly present in higher education, it raises an important question: What do we want to remain distinctly human about teaching and learning? This session moves beyond conversations about AI tools to focus on connection, relationships, and the human dimensions of education. Faculty will explore ways AI might reduce some of the burdens of teaching while considering how we can intentionally preserve and strengthen the interactions with students and colleagues that give teaching meaning.
