Join Campus Rec for an empowering afternoon featuring our low-impact Barre class, which incorporates elements of Ballet, Pilates, and resistance training for a full-body workout that will strengthen and challenge you.

Afterward, participate in an engaging Alcohol Bystander Training where you'll learn how to recognize the signs of alcohol poisoning, confidently step in when someone’s at risk, and become the supportive bystander who could save a life.

This interactive session is packed with hands-on learning, prizes, and catering, while supplies last, and ends on a refreshing note with fun, delicious mocktails!

Admission Information

Free for anyone with access to the Rec Center.
