AI Well-Being: A Self-Care Check In

Office/Remote Location

Online

Description

Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming part of everyday life at a rapid pace, making it increasingly important to consider not only how we use it, but how it may affect our well-being. This huddle introduces the "Think, Feel, Connect, Thrive" framework to help participants reflect on how AI may influence critical thinking, emotional habits, relationships, productivity, and personal boundaries. Through guided reflection, practical strategies, and peer discussion, participants will explore ways to recognize unhealthy patterns, use AI more intentionally, and identify small changes that support a healthier, more balanced relationship with technology.
