This session will explore how employers use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-assisted tools to screen and evaluate resumes, along with practical strategies for making your applications more effective.
We'll also demonstrate how to use AI to improve resumes and cover letters, identify relevant job opportunities, and prepare for interviews through realistic practice and feedback.
Finally, we'll discuss the limitations of AI in hiring and how to use these tools responsibly while maintaining authenticity throughout the application process.
