Description

Our goal is to create a forum for faculty and researchers from diverse fields to connect and explore collaborative opportunities. Given the broad applicability of AI and big data, we believe this event will be particularly valuable for PIs, researchers, and graduate students interested in or working in these areas.

In this symposium, we will share AI-related research activities between us and discuss potential research collaboration.

Symposium Agenda

  • 11 a.m.: Introduction and iRDA updates
  • 11:10 a.m.: Keynote address by Edwin Oh (Center for Water Intelligence and Community Health)
  • 11:45 a.m.: Lightning talk and new member introductions
  • 12 p.m.: Lunch and breakout discussions
  • 12:20 p.m.: AI research in action (Presentations by five to seven groups)
  • 1-1:30 p.m.: Roadmap discussion/conclusion

You may contribute a talk (either lightning talk or a project talk) or simply attend the symposium. It would be great to network!  Thanks to the support from the VPR's office, lunch will be served.
