Description
Join the University Police Department for an 8-hour, hands-on Active Assailant Training designed to help participants develop practical response strategies and confidence in high-stress situations. This interactive, scenario-based course focuses on preparedness, situational awareness, and coordinated response techniques. Participants will engage in guided activities and discussions to better understand how to react safely and effectively during critical incidents.
Please Note:
A pre-test must be completed prior to attending, and participants are encouraged to bring a laptop, tablet, or cellphone for the post-test and course evaluation

This event is open to all NSU, CSN, UNLV, and DRI students, faculty, and staff, as well as members of the public who wish to participate.
