Join the Center for Business and Economic Research along with Brookings Mountain West as we have a fireside chat with academia and private industry experts in the business and policy potential of cannabis. Complimentary beer and wine with purchase of a ticket.
In 2017 cannabis was legalized for recreational use in Nevada. In the last four years, the business opportunities and lessons learned from the launch of the cannabis industry in Southern Nevada has spurred innovations that can be applied in other industries. Our panel will discuss what they have learned and how lessons in sustainability, cryptocurrency, and more have a broader economic reach.
