Black Fire’s conference room, lab, and Rebel Work@BlackFire are available as a venue for academic or business events. Event Fees are determined for public events, Black Fire collaborator and non-profit events, internal UNLV events, and for student organizations. Pricing may fluctuate due to other factors. In addition, there is a 20% service charge added to all events.

Limited availability and upcoming renovation

Our fourth floor innovation lab will be closed for renovations from November 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026. During this time, we are excited to announce that the lab will be transformed into a more interactive experience with improved research and innovation capabilities. Our classroom and conference rooms will remain available for reservations during this time.
