UNLV School of Dental Medicine reserves the right to cancel courses 30 days or more in advance. Attendees should consider making any necessary travel and/or hotel reservations within 30 days of the scheduled course as travel expenditures are not reimbursed by the university. Fees to any course canceled by the school will be returned, or applied as a credit to a future course.
If an attendee cancels a course reservation 30 or more days prior to the scheduled date:
- The total cost fee will be returned.
- Fees that were paid by check will be reimbursed by check, which may require 4 to 6 weeks.
- Fees that were paid by credit card will be returned to the card used for registration.
If an attendee cancels a course reservation within 14 to 30 days prior to the scheduled date:
- A $40 cancellation fee will be applied (unless otherwise noted)
- Fees that were paid by check will be reimbursed by check, which may require 4 to 6 weeks.
- Fees that were paid by credit card will be returned to the card used for registration.
If an attendee cancels a course reservation within 14 days prior to the scheduled date:
- No refund will be issued, but payment can be applied to a future course.
