General accounting provides training throughout the year for those interested in becoming a cost center specialist. Training objectives include the following:

• Gain an understanding of operational accounting transactions and the rules that drive accounting transactions
• Learn how to analyze and review transactions and when to make adjustments
• Understand account posting rules
