Student email and parent email address will be needed to complete the TRIO ETS application

Complete the first page and submit. Student, check your email for the required verification code needed to complete the application

Upload student's CCSD transcript before submitting the application
- If transcript is not available to attach during the application submission, you may email the CCSD student transcript to etsapplication@unlv.edu

Once application is submitted, Parent/Guardian, check your email to approve the application through the DocuSign site
