The Cycle 2 permanent base salary change request submission period deadline is July 15. All requests must be fully routed to the Compensation and Classification team by the deadline. Late submissions will be returned for cancellation.

Requests received by the deadline and approved will take effect on October 1. The FY26 Questionnaire for Permanent Change to Base Salary must accompany requests for promotions, equity adjustments, retention, and additional assignments. The completed form must be attached to the Workday business process submission.

Workday business process initiators are responsible for tracking the business process and ensuring it routes to Compensation and Classification by the deadline.

Departments should plan budgets accordingly.
