Important Reminders
- Rebel Job Framework: The Rebel Job Framework officially launched today. All requests submitted during this cycle and future cycles must align with the new framework. Departments are encouraged to review the Rebel Job Description Library prior to submission to recommend the appropriate job Rebel Title alignment.
- FY27 Questionnaire Requirement: For promotion, additional assignment, equity adjustment, and retention requests, departments must complete the updated FY27 Questionnaire for Permanent Change to Base Salary Google Form. The completed questionnaire must be attached to the corresponding Workday business process.
- Updated Position Description: An updated Position Description is now available. To support departments during this transition, Human Resources will allow flexibility for this submission cycle for departments that have prepared documentation using previous Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ) versions.
- Submission Tracking: Workday business process initiators are responsible for monitoring the routing of their requests and ensuring all submissions are fully routed to the Compensation and Classification team no later than July 30, 2026. Requests received after the deadline will be returned for cancellation.
- Budget Responsibility: Departments are responsible for ensuring sufficient funding is available for all requested salary changes. For questions regarding funding, please contact your assigned Budget Analyst.
We hope this extension better supports departments as they prepare complete and accurate submissions. If you have any questions, please contact your assigned Compensation and Classification Analyst.
