UNLV invited real estate development industry professionals to listening sessions to provide input on the future development of approximately 42 acres of university-owned land. These sessions were an opportunity to engage with UNLV as we begin shaping a long-term real estate development vision for the property and prepare for an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP). 

Discussion topics included:

• UNLV’s goals and priorities for the property 
• Short- and long-term development considerations
• Real estate developer input and ideas
• Next steps in the property planning and development process
