The Human Resources Benefits team is pleased to announce the launch of our newly redesigned benefits webpages. Developed in collaboration with the web services team, the updated site offers a more streamlined, user-friendly experience, making it easier for employees and prospective team members to find and understand important benefits information. The new website features several key enhancements:
- Improved organization: Content is now organized by both employee type and benefit category to help users quickly find information relevant to them.
- Direct access to partner resources: Links to partner websites such as the Public Employees’ Benefits Program (PEBP) and Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) the Public Employees' Retirement System of Nevada (NVPERS), and the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) Retirement Program helps reduce duplicate or conflicting information.
- Simplified navigation: We’ve streamlined 91 webpages down to approx. 22 making website navigation more intuitive.
To test our success, we are hosting one-on-one user testing sessions to gauge customer satisfaction. We’re looking for volunteers from all employee types to participate. User testing will be:
- Held virtually
- Last approximately 20-30 minutes
- Take place in April & May
