Rebel Advocates Program

Lend Your Voice as a Rebel Advocate to expand UNLV’s reach, guide public discussions, and connect with our government and business leaders to support our university.

About the Program

As part of the UNLV Alumni Association, the Rebel Advocates Program aims to inspire individuals to advocate for UNLV’s interests and serve as a catalyst for positive change. Program participants collaborate with the UNLV Alumni Association, UNLV Office of Government Affairs & Community Engagement, university leadership, and various key stakeholders to advocate for issues that impact UNLV in the short and long term. Through this collective effort, we strive to strengthen UNLV’s impact and ensure its continued success for generations to come.

Our Mission

Our mission is grounded in supporting UNLV’s core values of equity and inclusion, promoting a culture where we listen to one another with open minds, and embrace our differences with mutual respect. We are dedicated to protecting and advancing the mission of UNLV by fostering research, encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation, and raising public awareness of the university’s profound contributions to the community.
