Clinical Psychology

As an APA accredited program, UNLV'S program meets Michigan's core educational requirements. But, Michigan requires additional training in identifying victims of human trafficking before being approved for licensure (https://casetext.com/regulation/michigan-administrative-code/department…). Students wishing to become licensed in Michigan are advised to work with the UNLV program to tailor their electives to meet this additional training requirement. While UNLV'S clinical psychology program does not require this content per se, there are many electives at UNLV and community training events in Las Vegas that are available for students to assist them in obtaining this training.
