Space Overview

Large Meeting Room 208 is a 4,000-square-foot versatile space for events too big for a meeting room but too small for the Ballroom. This space is unique for its built-in video conferencing capabilities, providing a space for your audience beyond the Student Union.

Seating Capacity

  • 72 guests in one section
  • 144 guests in two sections
  • 216 guests in all three sections

Half-Day Rate

  • $260 per section
  • $775 for all three sections

Full-Day Rate

  • $450 per section
  • $1,350 for all three sections

Note: Pricing reflects non-UNLV external pricing. Internal UNLV operations including Registered Student Organizations and Departments receive separate lower rates.
