Summer Conference Housing
From the beginning of June to the end of July, we open up our student residence halls to any conference groups in need of affordable housing. Groups will then be placed in our buildings Tonopah Center/South, South Complex (Kitty Rodman, William S. Boyd, Claudine Williams), or Dayton North/South based on availability.
Amenities for All Room Options
- Dedicated on-site hospitality assistant who is assigned to your group’s reservations
- Guest Service Desk who can assist between 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- 24-hour on-call staff available for assistance outside of Guest Service Desk hours
- 24-hour on-call maintenance
- Complimentary wifi access
- Snack and beverage vending machines on-site
- Suite-specific air conditioning
- Guaranteed check-in by 3 p.m. (check out is at 11 a.m.)
- Complimentary laundry facilities (laundry detergent not provided)
Pricing
Single Rooms
- Rate: $60 per night, per person
- The bedroom will be single occupancy (one guest per room)
- Each pair of bedrooms will share one private restroom facility that adjoins the two bedrooms (two people per restroom)
Double Room
- Rate: $30 per night, per person
- The bedroom will be double occupancy (two guests per room)
- Each pair of bedrooms will share one private restroom facility that adjoins the two bedrooms (four people per restroom)
Linen Add-On
- $5 per night, per person
- Linen can be provided as an add-on to your nightly rate
- Linen includes one blanket, two sheets, one pillow and a pillow case, one bath towel, one washcloth, one bar of hand soap, and one bath mat per bathroom.
Parking
Guests must purchase a UNLV parking permit. Once the permit is acquired, they are permitted to park in several designated lots on campus. Contact your on-site hospitality assistant for more information.
