Shweta Kadam is the Director of Information Technology at the William S. Boyd School of Law. Shweta provides leadership for the continued development of a robust and secure technology environment at the law school aligned closely with the school objectives. Shweta joined the law school in 2006 as a Research and Development Manager. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing applications that facilitate cost-effective information processing and accessibility. Shweta has served as a core member of the UNLV IT Master Plan Committee representing distributed IT on campus. Shweta has also served on the UNLV Data Governance Sponsors Committee charged to establish and refine the data governance policy.

Prior to joining Boyd, Shweta spent 5 years working as a Software Engineer for various IT organizations. Shweta holds B.S and M.S in Physics with specialization in Electronics from University of Mumbai, India. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
