Yuliya Aleinikava is senior vice president of finance at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, one of the world's largest integrated resorts. In her role, she leads operational finance, workforce management, and labor analytics functions that support the resort's performance, strategic initiatives, and long-term growth.

With nearly two decades of experience in gaming and hospitality, Yuliya has held senior leadership positions with The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment, and Penn National Gaming. Her career has focused on connecting financial strategy with operational execution across complex resort environments. Throughout her career, Yuliya has led transformation initiatives focused on operational effectiveness, workforce optimization, and financial performance, helping organizations navigate change and create long-term value.

Yuliya earned her MBA in Finance, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University and serves on the Board of Directors of Spread the Word Nevada, supporting childhood literacy initiatives throughout Southern Nevada.
