Tyler Thomas has over nine years of consulting and accounting experience, the majority of which were with Big 4 accounting firms (EY). Tyler focuses on providing assurance and consulting services to both private and public companies. His technical expertise includes many areas, such as IPO readiness, revenue recognition, business combinations/transactions, goodwill, consolidations, debt, financial services, and lease accounting among other areas. His industry experience includes payment processing, health care, IT business process, sports betting, technology, and construction entities. Tyler is a licensed CPA in the state of Nevada and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business administration - accountancy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is a member of the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. Tyler is also an active member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, enjoys international travel, and spending time with his two daughters.
