Biography
After completing her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton, Tracy began her career in education, relocating to Las Vegas as a Teach for America Corps Member. During her two years as a science teacher, Tracy pursued her passion for education technology, completing her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from UNLV. Since leaving the classroom, Tracy served as a development officer within the nonprofit sector for three years before stepping into her role on the Microsoft Education Team. Tracy entered the role of Program Manager- Strategic Operations, Clinical Care at Providence in March 2021. In this role, she provides strategic consulting and project management services to support the clinical care executive leadership team. Providence is a comprehensive health care system comprised of 120,000 caregivers across 51 hospitals, 1,085 clinics throughout Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Outside of work, Tracy spends time outdoors with her two dogs and snowboarding with her friends.
