Steve Dickstein is a CEO, board member, and advisor with multiple successful private equity exits and more than 20 years of executive leadership experience at Clorox and Mars, Inc. His work focuses on consumer products and contract manufacturing for middle-market, private equity-owned firms.

Most recently, Steve led the rapid turnaround and sale of Liquid Technologies to PLZ Corp., a portfolio company of Pritzker Private Capital. He remained with PLZ and built its Personal Care business unit into an innovation and contract manufacturing leader serving premium personal care brands. Steve now consults and serves in board and advisory roles.

Steve is an avid health and fitness enthusiast and lives in Las Vegas with his wife. He has two daughters, both attorneys in California. In addition to supporting UNLV Lee Business School, Steve coaches military service members transitioning to the civilian workforce through his work with American Dream U.
